A Restorative Workshop for the
Overwhelmed, Grieving, and Giving
In this sacred container, we are focusing on how to come out of survival and into a state of transformation and healing.

This 5-hour day is designed to offer new awareness and tools to help you identify and regulate burnout and survival responses in your life. It also guides you through the experience of relief—body and nervous system restoration—and offers profound new perspectives on who you truly are underneath the burnout: a transformational experience of meeting this part of yourself.

We’ll gently guide participants to reconnect with their inner voice, process unspoken grief and fatigue, and explore new ways to restore their energy and rewrite their boundaries—with compassion and power.

This is not a workshop about going back.
It’s an invitation to meet the version of you that exists now—beneath the burnout, hustle culture, caregiver fatigue, beyond the performance, and outside the pressure to be who you once were.

In a world that often traps us in survival, self-sacrifice, and external validation, this experience invites you to begin the journey inward— transformation and inner cohesion. Through healing, reflection, and alignment, we begin to rise—not by pushing, but by pausing.
This workshop is your invitation to heal and restore, out of Survival and into Balance, and finally come home to the Self that’s been waiting.

Introductions and Opening CircleCreate safety, presence, and deep grounding. We open by gathering your energy fully into the room—through intentional introductions, a grounding meditation, and clear group agreements. You’ll disconnect from outside noise, connect to your body, and lay the foundation for real transformation. With decades of experience in holding safe, sacred spaces, Jessica and Anita create an environment where your nervous system can begin to soften, trust, and heal.

Awareness ~ Understanding BurnoutRecognize the hidden signs of burnout—and begin to reclaim yourself. Burnout isn’t weakness—it’s a survival response. In this session, Anita will guide you through how stress, caregiving, and hustle culture disconnect us from our true Self. Using powerful tools like the Burnout Spectrum Self-Check, Parts Mapping, and Nervous System Awareness, you’ll start to see where survival patterns (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) have been running the show—and how to reconnect with your inner awareness. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your patterns, a deeper connection to your body and emotions, and the first step toward conscious choice.

Somatic Release ~ Body Awareness PracticeLearn the language of your body. Survival disconnects us from the body’s wisdom. This practice brings you back to listening to your body in order to deepen your awareness of how to show up for yourself. Through guided Inner Tracking, you’ll learn to recognize physical sensations, emotional cues, and energetic shifts—building presence, self-awareness, and the ability to meet your needs in real time. Jessica will guide you into deeper connection with your body, helping you clear old patterns, unprocessed emotions, and stagnant energy stored within. This is a tool you can take into your daily life to move from survival to true embodiment.

Catered LunchLunch will be provided, and tailored to any dietary needs. Our goal is to make sure all of your basic needs are met during this event, so that you are able to fully arrive within yourself, remain present, and truly receive, reset, and restore.

Transformation ~ True Self Leadership Education & WorkshopRemember who you are beneath the burnout. This is the threshold moment. In this session, Anita will guide you in shedding old survival identities—not by rejecting parts of yourself, but by reconnecting to your True Self: the wise, whole presence that has always been there beneath the exhaustion. This is a discovery of the version of you that you are feeling called to, underneath the burnout. You will be guided through deep reflection on values, goals and vision, and inner truth, to feel confident in leading your life from Self-energy, where clarity, peace, and purpose naturally emerge. rather than burnout patterns. You’ll leave with a renewed connection to who you are, a new relationship with your protective parts, and a clear vision of the life you're ready to consciously create.

Shamanic Journey ~ Energetic and Somatic IntegrationMeet the You Who Has Been Waiting Beneath the Burnout Following a period of reflection on your values, goals, and vision, Jessica will guide you through a Shamanic Journey—a deep inward experience that invites you to reconnect with the truest version of yourself. Through gentle somatic preparation, you will enter a relaxed, meditative state where you can meet the part of you that has remained whole and untouched beneath the layers of survival and disconnection. This thriving, more aligned self holds the wisdom, strength, and clarity you are now ready to remember. In this sacred space, you will receive insights, guidance, and a felt sense of your own potential—supporting your return to balance and vitality.

Reflection and Closing CircleAnchor what you’ve remembered into your daily life. In this final gathering, Anita and Jessica will guide you through a reflection process to honor the journey you've taken—and the Self you’ve reconnected with. This closing circle is not about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about integrating your insights with tenderness, recognizing what has shifted, and committing to live from this new place of truth. You’ll leave feeling anchored, empowered, and ready to carry your reconnection forward with care and confidence.

I’m Anita Laipnieks, and I understand how overwhelming life’s toughest moments can be. With nearly two decades as a paramedic and personal experience as a caregiver for my parents, I’ve witnessed the emotional and practical weight of navigating vulnerability and uncertainty. My journey through frontline work during COVID brought me face-to-face with burnout and moral distress, highlighting the isolation many experience in times of need.
Through LAIPA, my mission is to stand by your side, offering the guidance, advocacy, and support you need to feel empowered and truly cared for.

I’m Jess—a Shamanic Guide and Space Holder.
For the past 9 years, I’ve supported clients through deep inner work using a holistic approach that blends energetic, somatic, emotional, and shamanic practices.
I specialize in guiding those who are ready to move through trauma, break free from limiting patterns, and process emotions and unconscious beliefs that often show up as anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, scarcity, or a feeling of being stuck.
My role is to guide you through those hidden layers to access your own healing, so you can feel more whole, embodied, and at peace within yourself.
