Inner Tracking Body Awareness

Embodiment Definition:
the representation or expression of something in a tangible or visible form.

What this means as a practice isn't moving the body in the way that some of us may be taught or beleive it to be. It's about learning the language of the body, listening to the wisdoms that are in the body through an expression wether it's an emotion or a physical sensation.

When we are in a state of survival, we are not in our bodies to be able to listen. However, once you've learn and familiarize with your expressions of burnout, you will then be able to bring your awareness to the present moment by being able to name the oncoming symptoms. And from there will be able to check in to your body and notice how it's feeling, as a way to become more aware of what you're experiencing and needing.

In this practice of Inner Tracking, you will be guided through the practice of learning how to connect to the body and identify what you're feeling, in order to strengthen your ability to listen to the body and remain present in situations rather than a survival response. You will be able to use this practice in your daily life once you've experienced it.

This is a tool for self awareness, presence, and learning how to identify your needs.

It also guides you through your own healing, and clearing of old limiting beliefs, and unprocessed emotions stored in the body.  â€‹

Jessica uses this in her work with clients as a main practice to restablish a sense of connection to the Self, the body, to heal old wounds, trauma, and ultimately process stagnance in the body. In order to clear and balance ourselves, we must first be in our bodies to be able to listen - it's always speaking to us through discomfort, dis-ease, dysregulation, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Anita Freyja

FOUNDER OF LAIPA,
HEALTHCARE ADVOCATE & LIFE COACH

I’m Anita Laipnieks, and I understand how overwhelming life’s toughest moments can be. With nearly two decades as a paramedic and personal experience as a caregiver for my parents, I’ve witnessed the emotional and practical weight of navigating vulnerability and uncertainty. My journey through frontline work during COVID brought me face-to-face with burnout and moral distress, highlighting the isolation many experience in times of need.
Through LAIPA, my mission is to stand by your side, offering the guidance, advocacy, and support you need to feel empowered and truly cared for.

Jessica Short

For the past 9 years, I’ve supported clients through deep inner work using a holistic approach that blends energetic, somatic, emotional, and shamanic practices.
I specialize in guiding those who are ready to move through trauma, break free from limiting patterns, and process emotions and unconscious beliefs that often show up as anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, scarcity, or a feeling of being stuck.
My role is to guide you through those hidden layers to access your own healing, so you can feel more whole, embodied, and at peace within yourself.
