𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

A lot of us are experiencing burnout, overwhelm, stress, anxiety, or fear quite stronger than usual right now. I’ve been noticing this common theme, and as I’ve taken the time to sit with this in myself and with clients, it’s become clear that it’s an upgrade energy as well as a completion of winter and beginning of Spring!

It was a clear knowing that space is needed to deeply connect and recentre for those who are in this expansion and feeling overwhelmed, stressed, fear, anxiety, and a very unsettled energy.

Join us for the Spring Equinox Gathering to restore and ground, and shed the layers of winter to step into Spring with Clarity!
